Happy Birthday to my Hairdresser

I don't do shape cards very often.  I know how to create them on the Explore or in CCR and I should make more of them.  This blow dryer shaped card is for my daughter, the hair dresser, who has a birthday in February. The shape is from the Paisley cartridge, however, I made it with darker colors than the example in the cartridge book.  I saw the "Ready, Set, Blow" on a birthday cake layout and thought it would work on my card, so I used the draw/text feature in the Explore.

Caroline of Card Creations by Caroline is our hostess designer this week at BBTB2.  She has asked us to create a 'shaped' card using our Cricut machines.  Link up your shaped card to BBTB2 this week and be sure to use a Cricut cut.  Happy Crafting!

  2. Aweeee Maureen, your daughter is going to love this card! This is what is great about our hobby. We can create a card that is unique to that special someone. I know a few hairdressers and may have to create something with your blow dryer shape!
