This card is for our second cousin, he is graduating high school. I loved this title that I found in Design Space, it's probably pretty true about now. It was a simple card to design and make. The red (school colors) and title were print and cut (flattened). The graduate I cut, and the background in black I cut as well. I used bakers twine to finish it off.

Title: The Tassle is Worth The Hassle
I love this grad card. The print and cut option is such a great option. I love the shape of the card and the graduate silhouette.
ReplyDeletelove this sentiment! I had it picked out when it was free and by the time I got around to cutting it wasn't free anymore. you did a great job!

This is really cute and I'm sure you are right about the sentiment reflecting your cousin's thoughts about now. I remember the last day of high school and how I kept humming, "No more pencils, no more books! No more teacher's dirty looks!" But then college started...Ha, ha! -Janet
ReplyDeleteLove a shaped card! The sentiment is hilarious!
