Decorated Candy Corn Pumpkin

My project for today. I'm giving this one to the neighbor, and will make a similar one for myself.
Pumpkin is about 14" tall. I painted the top and bottom white and yellow to resemble candy corn.
Artiste cartridge: Halloween cut once in black and once in white at 3". Spider cut at 2", Skull cut at 12.5" (its a separate cut from the rest of the skeleton). Artist used for the 3 flowers, cut at about 3.5". Spider web cut at 4".

Moveable monster: I think was cut at 2.5", but is about 8" high.
Ribbon was a re-use from a gift basket. I used orange, black, and diamond Stickles. Attached with double back foam tape, arching the web, and only one piece to hold up lady monster so she jumped off the page.

Breast Cancer Card

I'm on a roll.   Several posts this month.  It's not that I haven't been creating this year, it's just that I forget to post my projects or forget to take pictures.

Since this is breast cancer awareness month, I am sending off several cards.  Here is one I made with some Darice stickers I purchased a few years ago.   A co-worker of mine is going through radiation and chemo right now.  I'll add a gift card and send it off to brighten her spirits.

Hearts and butterfly is from Tie the Knot cartridge.

This is entered in the http://heather-bittenbythebug2.blogspot.com/ challenge for this week.  Please visit their beautiful work.

Mr. and Mrs Card

Here's a card I whipped up in about 1/2 hour.  The hardest part was finding a great background paper, so I dug into my G45 Old Curiosity Shoppe.   Tie the Knot Cricut Cartridge.   Wedding colors were black with gold accents, and the girls had rust/orange flowers in their bouquets.

Happy Fall Y'all

This is a picture frame I made for a swap on the Cricut message board.  I am really happy with the results, and part was by accident.  I brought a 'sprig' of fall flowers/leaves for another project and this sunflower came with it.   Accidently put it on the frame and an idea was born.  I want to make another one so I can fill it with a pic of my granddaughter at the pumpkin patch.  Her name is Joan, and there is a pumpkin patch with attractions/activities called Joan's Pumpkin Patch in Livermore, CA.  Some day she will think it belongs to her.

CRICUT --- Fall from Old West,  pumpkin from EDPD, leaves and girl from A Childs Year.  On the pumpkins, I cut off the curly leaves since they were so small.  Inked all edges of frame.  Paint is just 59 cent paint from Michaels.
