Making Tomato Sauce

Every year we go to Modesto to make tomato sauce with our cousins. It is hard work but we have sauce for a year. We pick the tomatoes, wash them, cut them, grind them, cook them, and jar them. We usually jar about 100 jars and our cousins do 300. All you see in your head is RED for a week. Used Freshly Picked for the signs and "tomatoes".
